It is not clear from this collection when the charge was organized, but the earliest Agenda/Clyde Charge document in this collection dates from 1952. The latest Charge Conference listing both Agenda and Clyde is dated 2007. There are several other Charge Conference reports in the collection (2007-2014) but they appear to be only for Clyde UMC. From some of the 2007 documents it would appear possible that the churches were considered separate entities from that year forward. The collection contains documents (mostly charge conferences) pertaining to the combined charge of the Agenda UMC and Clyde UMC.

Arrangement Note

The charge conference reports are arranged in reverse chronolgical order, with Folder 1 containing 1968-1987 and Folder 2 containing 1988-2007. Folder 2 also contains 2007-2014 which appear to have been for Clyde UMC only.
