The Heartland Connection was the successor to Connection and was published in a magazine format instead of the previously used newspaper format. It began in either late 1999 or early 2000 and was published 10 times per year. The Kansas United Methodist Archives currently has only the issues beginning with December 2002/January 2003 through July/August 2004.
