Ryerson, Frank Earl
Scope and Contents
This collection consists of two bound, handwritten notebooks, and one single page Pastor's Personnel Record from the Kansas Conference. It also includes a typed page of Frank Earl Ryerson's service in the Kansas Conference, containing information taken from the Kansas Annual Conference Journals, 1907-1947. The notebooks appear to be from Rev. Ryerson's ministerial studies. The first volume contains anecdotes that refer to Biblical teachings. The lessons are numbered 1-253. There is a partial index at the end of the book. The second volume contains class lessons numbered from 400-458.

Biographical or Historical Information
Frank Earl Ryerson was born on January 15, 1882 in Clay Center, Kansas. He married Anna Irene George on January 14, 1901 and had six children. He earned his degree at Holiness University in Penial, Texas on May 21, 1906.
Reverend Ryerson was admitted to the Kansas Conference as a member in full connection and ordained Deacon March 14, 1909, and ordained Elder March 17, 1911. He retired in 1947
Rev. Ryerson died on August 22, 1962.
