Biographical or Historical Information

Clarence C. Abbott was "recommended as a suitable person to be admitted on trial in the traveling connection of the Methodist Episcopal Church" at a district conference (Emporia District), South Kansas Conference, on March 16, 1908. Records show that he attended or otherwise participated in class work from 1908 to 1911, ending the course with an average of 92.3 percent. C. C. Abbott is listed in the South Kansas Conference of 1914: On trial 1908 Cedar Point 1909 Halls Summit 1910 Colony 1911-1912 Altoona 1913 Supernumerary
