Abstract
This is a single book of annual charge conference minutes written in German. It documents the proceedings of the annual charge conference between 1896 and 1912.

Biographical or Historical Information
This charge was a part of the West German Conference and seems to have begun about the same time as the Immanuel German Methodist Church in Otis was incorporated. A Bison pastor, G.S. Humfeld, apparently formed a Sunday school class in nearby Otis. The Otis congregation built its own building in 1895, and starting in 1896 the Bison appointment to the West German Conference served both congregations jointly.
